Welcome to Our School

Redbrook Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School
Welcome to Rebrook Church of England Primary School. We are a small school situated by the River Wye in the village of Redbrook, right on the border with Wales in the Wye Valley.
We have a distinct family feel to our school and take advantage of the opportunities this affords us in the learning experiences we are able to provide. As a small school we are creative in sharing the community facilities and regularly access the football field for sports and other activities. We make good use of the large space that is the church of St Saviours for a whole host of learning experiences. We also team up with the local pub, The Bell, who kindly provide our Christmas lunch. We take advantage of our beautiful surroundings for outdoor learning and forest schools and we have formed partnerships with both Monmouth Boys School and Monmouth leisure centre to extend our PE provision.
Our ‘smallness’ means that all our children are known well and cared for by all of our staff team and learning is on a personalised basis for our children. We have built excellent relationships with our families and we are well-supported by the local community. We are lucky to often able to access opportunities that would not be available to larger schools. We would like to strongly encourage you to visit our lovely school to see for yourself the high quality education and exciting learning opportunities that our children enjoy.
